Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Territory Manager to drive growth within a designated beef-industry territory. You will build strong customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to ensure product-market fit and long-term customer success, with travel required to meet farmers daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large territories with a balance of sales and customer success.
• Proven track record in creating opportunities, closing deals, and growing partnerships.
• Familiarity with beef operations or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing new leads and opportunities.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Manage key customer accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and adoption.
