Responsabilités

• Ensures guests receive polite greetings and friendly interactions; creates a selling environment.
• Achieves budgeted sales, shrink, and gross profits for Beef Shoppe and seafood.
• Prepares products for sale (meat cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, pricing) per standards.
• Maintains inventory and supplies; ensures in-stock conditions through proper ordering.
• Operates department according to merchandising and operational programs and guidelines.
• Maintains high quality and freshness; ensures products are within dates.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all meat/seafood areas and prep zones.
• Trains and guides Beef Shoppe/seafood staff to achieve performance and guest-service goals.
• Performs product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed to meet standards.
• Maintains labor budget and schedules to maximize sales and guest service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
