Job summary

• Operate department following merchandising and operational programs.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and dating.
• Ensure safety and sanitation in prep areas and display.
• Provide guidance and training to staff to meet standards.
• Perform receiving, stocking, and guest service tasks as needed.
• Manage labor budget and optimize department hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
