Responsibilities

• Ensure polite greetings and interactions; create a selling environment.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and gross profits for Beef Shoppe/seafood.
• Prepare products for sale; cut, wrap, weigh, and price per standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ordering to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Operate department per merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and freshness; ensure products are in date.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all areas touched by meat/seafood.
• Provide guidance, orientation, and training to staff for performance.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage department labor budget and scheduling for optimal sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
