Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Strong sales and service knowledge; ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through in-store and phone interactions.
• Support service providers with scheduling, records, and guest flow to deliver a 360° experience.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings to enable professional development.
