Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Understand and execute sales plans to support goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operations standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and support omni-processing in department.
