Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and consultative client engagement. You will guide the Beauty Team, align with the Store Manager, and ensure Sephora at Kohl’s standards for an exceptional client experience.

You’ll build client loyalty by identifying needs, showcasing products, and supporting visual and inventory standards across the department. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and provide feedback between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
• Be the point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Identify customer needs and upsell products to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of beauty trends and product credibility.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals and uphold Sephora visual standards.
• Manage replenishment, tester maintenance and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
