Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative approach. You will lead a team, maintain expert product knowledge, execute merchandising and replenishment, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards for an exceptional client experience.

You will collaborate with Store Manager and partners, coach Beauty Advisors, and actively participate in training to expand knowledge and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and communicate with Beauty Advisors and Store Manager.
• Be the primary contact for Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Engage clients with product knowledge and beauty trends to drive sales.
