Kohl's Sephora Beauty Lead Advisor is a client-focused role centered on driving sales through expert beauty knowledge and consultative service. You’ll maintain top-brand knowledge, execute merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You’ll build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and stay current on beauty trends while delivering great service on a dynamic sales floor in a Kohl's location.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
