You will build loyalty, expand beauty knowledge, demonstrate product usage, and execute sales plans to hit goals. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry environments.
• Strong communication skills for clear client interactions and upselling.
• Knowledge of beauty products and current trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence needs with product recommendations to drive sales.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and beauty trends.
• Provide credibility to clients through product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Inspire clients by showing product usage and application techniques.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and department standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment of sales floor stock to enhance the customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
