Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and lead the Beauty Team within Sephora at Kohl’s. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team, you will coach associates, build client loyalty, and ensure the department meets sales goals while upholding store

Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence customers.
• Demonstrates passion for beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through partnership with the Store Manager.
• Communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors and coach others.
• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate products and beauty techniques to inspire clients.
• Execute sales plans and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, tester upkeep and department cleanliness.
