Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through consultative beauty expertise. You will engage clients, upsell where appropriate, and maintain top brand knowledge while executing merchandise sets and visual standards in Sephora at Kohl's.

The role requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays. As part of the Sephora at Kohl's team, you will build client loyalty, expand beauty knowledge, and deliver an excellent customer experience through product

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
Provide credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
Demonstrate products and applications to inspire clients.
Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and customer experience.
Complete required training to expand knowledge.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including freight and price changes.
