Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong guest service, sales, and product knowledge skills.
• Effective communication and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon and sales areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously and efficiently.
• Manage salon calls, bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events; invite guests to try salon offerings.
• Support service providers with scheduling and rebooking activities.
• Maintain knowledge of new trends, products, and services for guests.
