Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services.
• Support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in daily operations.
• Book appointments and manage service bookings; assist guests in-store and over the phone.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain store and salon areas, ensure cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
