Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and services across the store, both over the phone and in person. You will represent the Ulta Beauty brand and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive service and retail sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will build relationships, book appointments, answer calls, and stay informed on trends and products to recommend the right services.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma preferred; relevant experience welcomed.
• Ability to operate POS and booking systems with ease.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/ salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Answer salon calls, manage bookings, and support the services team.
• Drive sales, promote promotions, and contribute to guest loyalty.
