Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists and guest coordinators, delivering exceptional service and strong retail performance. You will oversee the guest experience, services, and boutiques while driving NPS and top-line sales growth across makeup, skincare, and salon offerings.

You will coach associates, ensure attendance adherence, and stay current with beauty trends to better serve guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
