Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to plan schedules and maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by applying company programs and resources.
• Support reports in developing and maintaining clientele and guest relationships.
• Lead and model guest service excellence to improve NPS and guest satisfaction.
