Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians and coordinators. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales and managing service operations across cosmetics, skincare and boutique sections.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and leveraging data to improve guest loyalty and store performance. A strong emphasis on leadership and accountability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales and guest experience across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, scheduling, wage control and payroll alignment.
• Coach and develop associates; ensure training and brand standards are met.
• Maintain guest engagement, product demonstrations, and trend knowledge to grow sales.
