Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Ensure guest experience and Net Promoter Score targets are met.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budgets to optimize productivity.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
