You will oversee services, boutiques, retail, and makeup, while ensuring compliance and an engaging work culture.

The role emphasizes NPS, guest satisfaction, and coaching for performance. The Experience Manager drives business through people leadership, process adherence, and a focus on guest engagement

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, loyalty, payroll, and inventory.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
• Lead staffing, coaching, and development to build an engaged team and outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, and store tasks to deliver exceptional guest service.
