Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong leadership experience in retail management.
• Cosmetology license/management license as required by state law where applicable.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver guest experience, services, and sales goals.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, inventory controls, and adherence to policies.
• Analyze metrics (NPS, sales, loyalty) and implement improvement initiatives.
