Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and coordinators. You will drive guest satisfaction, services, and retail sales while maintaining top-line growth and NPS focus.

As a leader, you will develop talent, enforce standards, and ensure exceptional guest service across salon services, boutiques, makeup, and skincare, aligning with Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.
• Retail management: experience with inventory, service culture, and merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission and values to develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee guest experience, retail sales, and services including salon and boutiques.
• Drive top-line sales and manage efficiency, payroll, and budgets.
• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team; schedule and direct staff to meet store goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Promote guest engagement and orchestrate makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations.
