Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management and leading a service-focused team.
• Strong sales, guest experience and product attachment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to drive guest experience and top-line sales.
• Manage guest experience, services, cosmetics, and retail with a focus on NPS and satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; schedule, budget, and performance reviews to meet APGs.
