Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top‑line sales growth, and expense control.
• Schedule optimization by using forecasting and payroll data to maximize productivity and payroll adherence.
• Address underperforming metrics in services, boutiques, and sales with data‑driven strategies.
• Develop and coach direct reports to grow clientele and guest satisfaction.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on new products and services.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
