Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law where applicable.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience or equivalent.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Manage scheduling and attendance to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies to improve guest experience and sales.
• Lead makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive guest engagement and sales.
