Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on NPS-driven service quality, boutique and retail performance, and salon services while developing people and processes to achieve store goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for beauty, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and the ability to drive results through engaged teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred among candidates.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering guest experience, services, and sales.
• Maintain attendance policy adherence and staff scheduling.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop talent and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
