Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will drive guest experience, services, and retail success while delivering strong NPS and guest satisfaction.

You will develop talent, optimize operations, and align with brand standards to maintain exceptional service and store performance across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of board regulations and hiring requirements.
• Retail management: experience with inventory, operations, service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule and manage payroll within budget to maximize productivity.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming metrics in services, boutiques, and sales.
• Coach and develop direct reports, build clientele, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance in line with Ulta Beauty policies.
