Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sales results.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Coach and develop associates, manage performance, and succession planning to enable continuous growth.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards across store operations.
• Maintain attendance discipline and scheduling to support business goals.
