Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive guest experience, guest satisfaction, and top-line growth while overseeing standards for NPS and store operations.

The role requires building an inclusive, high-energy culture, coaching staff, and executing sales strategies through data-driven insights and brand programs to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology management: knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive top-line sales growth and manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and development of the team to ensure guest excellence.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and development plans for staff.
• Model teamwork and guest service excellence in daily store operations.
