Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive guest experience, top-line sales, and NPS while coaching stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators to deliver exceptional service.

In this role you will manage staffing, scheduling, and development, ensuring adherence to policies and standards, and partnering with leadership to achieve store goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading teams to achieve top-line sales and guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to build and coach a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of stylists, guest coordinators, and managers to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgets, and productivity.
• Monitor service, boutique, and retail metrics; implement improvement strategies.
