Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Cosmetology management experience or related leadership in a beauty/retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales growth in-store and services.
• Oversee guest experience, loyalty, and guest satisfaction with accountability for NPS.
• Manage schedules, coaching, and execution of store tasks to meet APG goals.
