Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience across services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive sales, embrace brand standards, and manage staff development to ensure NPS targets and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership, accountability, and collaboration across departments to achieve annual goals while maintaining strong guest service and store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license where required by state law
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or equivalent
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets and expenses
• Cosmetology management: sales, guest experience, product attachment; knowledge of Board regulations and hiring requirements
• Retail management: inventory control, operational excellence, service culture, merchandise directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team, adapting to change

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and loss control.
• Drive profitability via operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies using company programs and resources.
• Develop reports and coach staff for exceptional guest service and sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Lead and develop teams across salon, boutiques, and store operations.
