Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, product attachment; knowledge of regulations.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate top talent, and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll and compliance.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics with strategies using company programs and resources.
• Develop clientele and support staff in building relationships.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies.
