• Cosmetology management experience and knowledge of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of salon and boutique staff to achieve service and sales goals.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score through coaching and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies including Infection Control and dress code.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and payroll within store budgets.
• Develop talent through training and performance reviews.
