Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager in Arkansas to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive top-line sales growth, guest satisfaction, and NPS while coaching stylists, estheticians, and sales staff.

The role requires a results-driven leader with strong people skills, brand advocacy, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule staff and maximize productivity within payroll limits.
• Address underperforming metrics with strategies from company programs and resources.
• Develop and maintain clientele for direct reports and conduct makeup, skincare and product demos.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Ensure attendance and adherence to Ulta's policies and dress code.
