Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers.

You will drive guest satisfaction, retail and service sales, and ensure adherence to brand standards across makeup, skincare, and boutique offerings. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and the ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining performance metrics and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, MS Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
• Ability to react under pressure and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience, NPS scores, and satisfaction through staff development.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, payroll, and budget adherence with leadership.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Train and coach associates, providing feedback and development plans.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
