Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will be accountable for guest experience, services, boutiques, and retail sales, including makeup and skincare, while delivering top-line growth and maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and the ability to drive results through people, processes, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission to develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee guest experience, services, and retail sales including boutiques and makeup.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Schedule, coach, and develop store staff to achieve APGs and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures.
