Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology license/management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Cosmetology management: knowledge of services, guest experience, and product attachment.
