Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators. You will own guest experience and drive top-line sales across services, boutiques, and retail, while managing payroll budgets and staffing needs.

You will coach and develop associates, ensure brand standards, and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment to deliver exceptional guest service and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills; ability to drive guest experience and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive profitability through service, boutiques, and retail initiatives; manage payroll budgets and schedules.
• Ensure guest experience standards, NPS goals, and brand compliance across store operations.
• Provide coaching, training, and development plans to staff; promote teamwork and accountability.
