The role focuses on performance, people, and process, with an emphasis on coaching, development, and meeting annual goals in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or similar.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure ongoing training and brand education.
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction (NPS) and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
