• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, and managing payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of regulations

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to deliver top-line growth.

• Manage scheduling, attendance, and store operations to support service sales and growth.
