Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager in the Durham, NC area within the Nordstrom Beauty Department. You will blend sales leadership with education, helping customers with makeup and skincare while driving brand goals and using digital tools to grow a loyal customer base.

You will train and guide team members, set personal and counter sales targets, and stay current with beauty trends. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department clean and ready for customers; stay updated on beauty trends and trainings.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
