Job summary

Nordstrom's Beauty Department in Durham, NC is looking for a customer-focused team member to create personalized beauty experiences. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on individual goals, while collaborating with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment.

You will set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, manage events with vendors, build vendor relationships, and help keep the department organized
