Macy’s is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a dynamic team of Beauty Advisors and oversee a cosmetics brand. You will blend leadership with customer‑centric service, transforming consultations into lasting relationships and repeat visits.

You will analyze sales performance, collaborate with vendors and store leadership, and ensure polished brand presentation while upholding hygiene and stock standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product knowledge.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive client development through outreach and follow‑up.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly sales results and implement growth strategies.
• Plan and execute in‑store and vendor events to drive traffic and engagement.
• Maintain brand standards through merchandising, hygiene and stock replenishment.
