Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to fuel sales through a genuine passion for beauty and a consultative client approach. You will stay current on top beauty brands and keep merchandise visually aligned with Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You’ll build loyalty by identifying needs, demonstrating products, and completing training to grow expertise. This on-site role rewards flexibility and customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and customer care.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Showcase and apply products to educate clients.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and merchandising standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Assist with back stock, replenishment, and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to leadership.
