Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a passion for beauty, identify client needs through a consultative approach, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in Sephora at Kohl's.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product credibility, train to expand knowledge, and contribute to inventory and visual merchandising, ensuring cleanliness

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Engage in required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including merchandise sets and tester maintenance.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
