Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Advisor to fuel sales with an authentic passion for beauty. You will engage clients, identify needs, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience within Sephora at Kohl’s. Maintain expert knowledge of top brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards.

You will complete required training to expand knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, and contribute to an inviting, polished department that drives customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
