Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build loyalty by identifying client needs, upsell products, and stay current on beauty trends while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applying them to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Maintain department visuals and report missed/damaged items to supervisor.
