Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Complete all required training to expand knowledge and stay updated.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and tester maintenance.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
