Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients through consultative guidance. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and ensure stock, merchandising, and visual standards align with Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and participate in training to grow expertise while supporting inventory and department operations. The role is on-site with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to engage clients.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence customers.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify client needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate and apply products to inspire purchase.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory handling.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Maintain department cleanliness and address damaged product or fixtures with supervisor.
